"Love CFUM!!"
I’ve been working at CFUM for about a year now, and one of the most meaningful experiences has been helping open and supervise our second elementary school program at Madison Elementary. This school year, we were able to serve more than 80 students with free after-school programming, providing them with a safe place to learn, grow, and build connections after the school day ends.
One of the things I love most about CFUM is the way we support families beyond academics. Every day, we provide two free hot meals to children and families, helping address food insecurity while creating spaces where kids feel safe, supported, and cared for.
Ensuring children have access to meals and safe environments to continue learning after school matters deeply to me. I’m proud to be part of an organization that shows up for youth and families every single day, and I’m excited to help support Awesome Summer Days so even more kids can have opportunities to learn, explore, and thrive this summer. ☀️💛
