Parking/Directions

1. Complimentary covered garage parking is available just across the street from SCI's main entrance at 4th and Market Street.
2. Please note: The City of Des Moines will be doing road construction on Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway, along the south side of SCI, until December 2024. The following are a few street closures to be aware of:
   1. There is a North/South street closure on SW 7th Street to Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway.
   2. There is another closure on 6th Avenue between Cherry Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway. Those two closures surround the DART Central Station for reference.
   3. The north lanes of Martin Luther King Jr. Drive are still closed.
